I cant get my a-arms to come off someone help me

I tried takin off my a-arms and i could get hte 2 bolts that hold the arms to the frame but the part by the ball join i cant get it out took that bolt off but i can get it out of the spindle or whatever that is the part buy teh disc and that i tried hittin the things hat hold the bolt but still nothing would happen i tried almost everythign someone yellow im goin to paint them soon if i ever get that bolt to come out:grr

yah those fittings are pressure fit so your gonna want to take a metal hammer and tap the spindle on the side where the bolt goes through and pull at the same time real hard, it should pull right out with a few firm taps
