Needed Some Engine Specs

I asked this question on another fourm and well it got alittle out of hand partly because i posted something i should have not posted.Anyway i need to know what the valve clearance should be with hot cams on my z and what the head bolt and cam hold down torque specs should be.also what kinda marks are there for the timing chain.thanks Trai
