moose nerf bar trouble

I just recently noticed after racing the oma woods race at millville, MN that my nerf bars were cracked right at the end of the foot pegs. These are moose pro-peg nerf bars and they were 370 + dollars so im not to happy. Im thinking its a weak spot since it happened on both sides in the same exact spot. Should I just weld it or call moose?

Id call them, but dont expect a miricle.

Many of the pro peg nerfs on the market crack in the same area, we just weld them up till the next crack develops them replace or repair again. to much money to just throw away:ermm:
