I have a new 07ex with a full yoshi system k&n and its jetted 165, 42 slow 2.5 turns on the a/f screw
I know that there is trial and error, I just wanted to make sure I was going down the right path. These are my symptoms
At 3/4 to WOT I have a cut out spit and sputter in higher gear. I did some searching about my issue on the forums and read that by running with the lid on it increases approx 3-4 jet sizes. So i thought that I would run without a lid and see what would happen. All the spitting and sputtering went away. I need to run with a lid due to the type of riding I do. What size do i need to do down to now? 155?
I started with a 170, 168, now I am at a 165.
