ltr changes from 2006 to 2008

Im looking to purchase a 2006 ltr but i am wondering the difference from the 2006 model to the 2008 model such as engine changes or anything any help would be nice.

more travel in the rear shock
smoothed trans gear set, but some how weaker then 06
exhaust cups on the valves weaker
cool black frame
I think they were supposed to change the seat height, lower?
bigger throttle body
