No Reverse?

my kfx wont go into reverse. the cables are fine. the lever you puch for reverse is fine also. idk what else to check?

take it to a dealer.could be several problems.

are they problems i can fix? i dont really wanna take it to the dealership b/c the one around here took 1 month to put in a new bearing carrier and to fix my tail light. and the service is horrible.

is there any adjustment for the lever? i never really looked. or your cable stretched out bad. if its none of those. you kinda screwed.

well i checked the cable today again. last time i checked it at night. i found where the cable goes into the motor and pushed the reverse button and the cable never moved. so it would be stretched, right? i hope it can be adjusted.

sounds like its broken cable not strectched eather way you need a new cable
