stock footpegs

I race mx .. I snapped one of my stock footpegs clean off today .. and the other side is cracked pretty bad .. has anyone else had this happen?

I have heard of a few breaking. I welded mine before they had a chance to break.

I broke my left side and the right was cracked. Ordered new one and is designed a litttle different close to the mounting piont. (more gusset in the fisrt 3/4 inch) Welded the right side. Asked KTM at Red Bud national and said they have not heard of this. My dealer is trying to get a claim?

I just bought new nerfs all together .. didn't want to mess around with another set of stock pegs...

Guys, my buddy has broken his pegs on his KTM several times. He finally ended up getting a set of IMS pegs for a Predator and redrilling the holes so they were a littl emor forward. They are holding up. He also modded a set of LTR nerf bars to work with them.

I bought a set of factory 43 pro peg nerfs that week .. no problems with broken pegs .. and no redrilling holes either.
