ok so ive seen a few people on here doin this, but how many people run without heelguards. I race MX and ive seen a few mx quads setup without them. Just want a few opinions on this, cause as of right now my heelguards are mangled and i dont have the money to replace them right now.

if u can keep ur foot on the pegs ur set

yep, actually i have the beefy pegs with the kick ups and i hardly ever catch my self using my heelguards for anything other than a side step to get on my quad
so as long as you have decent pegs you'll be fine

alright.. thanks! i was thinkin about buyin the 35$ pro armor peg ext. with the kick ups figured it help out since i just have stock pegs right now.

just dont come off.

i had to race with a twisted ankle and a knot the size of a golf ball on my chest. not fun. every landing made me want to cry.
