crank case breather mod

looking at doing the crank case breather nod and putting a mini filter on the end of the hose, i was just wondering where you guys that have done it got the mini filter i have looked everywheres and cant seem to find them anywheres.

i get my fileters from Auto Zone. i've gotten both my mini filters from there

im in canada so i dont think there are auto zones here correct me if im wrong but what are these filters usually used for?
