Im looking at an 05 trx 450r its a friends of a friend. Hes selling it cheap because its got a couple problems the oil bolt is stripped but that will be easy. But the main problem i have a question about is that a bolt broke on the oil filter cover. Its the long one on the left and theres a small part stuck inside the threads. i was just wondering if there was a way to remove it without having to bring it to a shop.

The long bolt goes all the way through into the center case. If you take the side cover off, you will probably be able to see the bolt. If you can't get it out with a pair of pliers, you will probably have to buy an E-Z Out kit.

I agree pull the side cover and you should have no problem getting it out.
