I think your gonna have to take that back apart again. You need to modify the frame in order to get the radiator and oil resevoir to fit correctly. Like this,

Ya i know that ,thats y its a project..I am getting the motor and radiator put in the frame so i know what to cute and modify...

I donno if im gonna cut the angled bar yet,i got to wait for the radiator yet to see,im not to big on hacking frames to much..But i did see ur last post pic,looks nice

i would cut the angled bar and mount it straight up that would give you so much more room to work with...

Hey outlaw, about how much is it running you do this conversion?

so far i have spent $0 on the conversion...I am friends with some ppl that have great connections,but im going to have to buy an radiator which is about $300...but if you were to do it will cost about 1200 if you do the labor this would include an oil tank,oversized radiator,motor mounts...My motor came wit the exhust so i dont have to pay for that...But so far this year i have $1,695,and thats for my PEP ZPS,and +3 Longtravel a-arms

looks good , You might wanna replaced that stripped laughing shaft on the side of the left sidecase.
Make sure you top her up with plenty of blinker fluid. You might also wanna try porting your muffler bearings , I heard you gain a good 5RWHP from that.
