How Do I do it? It is the one in the Bottom of the Stem. I need to get everything out cause next week my frame is going out for Pcing.

O yeah. And Do I have to take out the little peices that the Swing Arm pivot bolt go through?

once you get the stem out...take the top seal off, then there will be a circlip you have to get out ...it is a pain..then you just take out the bearing and the bottom dust seal...

Use snap ring pliers on the circlip. The whole frame has to be stripped. Nothing on it at all. Remember to take the two seals out that the rear brake pedal ride on.

Is there anything else on the Frame that I might have forgotten to take out?

What is everything that needs to eb taken out or off the frame before Pcing.
