Jetting in ohio

i live is cincinnati ohio,,,im running a 416 with a stage 2 hot cam and hmf full exhaust...i was wondering what you guys recommend to start with as far as jetting...i would really appreciate any help thanks...

Start with a 42 pilot, 160-165 main, clip in the middle on the needle.
