all oil from my buddy's 450 flows out of crankcase breather tube into his airbox. it started to do this after a routine oil change, he also burned both breather tubes on each side of the motor but he replaced them before the oil change? Maybe a blown oil ring or gasket in the crankcase, not sure any information would help, thanks.

Cracked cylinder? Bad Rings? Hole in the piston?

its not that its overfilled its like it builds up pressure and just send it out of the breather tube its weird and i know its not a hole in the piston or bad rings cause that would not cause oil to come off the breather tube from the clutch and it probably would not start so if u guys have anymore suggestions i am listening to everything thanks

Did you drain both sides of the motor? Dumb question but have seen that happen... mine did the same thing i changed the oil again and it was fine ever since....

yeah i did do that and it still is doing the same thing idk what to do it like it just builds up alot of pressure i am going to do it again and see what happens
Did you plug one of the vents into the blank spot on the carb? There is one vent hose that looks like it belongs on the carb, because there is a nipple that is right where the hose is routed. The hose fits on there perfectly like it is supposed to go there. It is a larger hose. I would pull off the hoses on the carb and look in the nipples with a flashlight and make sure one that has a hose going to it isn't the one that is solid.

I have the same problem with my 05. Ive asked alot of people and they say that they think it is a bad crank seal??? Dont know until the motor is taken apart.
