what size jets

i just picked up a 400ex, it has 2 dynojet stickers on it so im unsure if it has the jet kit installed.

what should my jetting be for a 2000 with a k&n with a lid (4 holes in it) and a white brothers slip on be?

the bike pops a little on decel and idles like crap uptil it warms up.

also, how many turns from seated should my mixture be at?

I have a similar setup only difference is I have a UNI filter and a cam...I'm interested to see what others say cause I have the same idle issue until it's warm. I'm constantly goofin' with the choke.
