I don't know what a PJ67RA was on. The other is from a '86 250r right? A 34mm PJ?

You probably don't really need to know where that carb came from though. I didn't think PJs had all that many (if any significant) variations. So the main thing will be the size. Measure the engine-side inside diameter of each carb. The PJ05A should at or close to 34mm, I think. See how the other carb compares.

Once you know which carb is bigger (I'm assuming they are otherwise practically identical PJs) then you can decide which one would suit your engine best.

I've got three engines with PJs on them, two are stock. The numbers stamped on them is in code, random, or something. They all start with PJ but are otherwise totally different and don't correspond to any measurement of the carb that I know of. One of 'em doesn't even say anything but PJ even though I'm 90% sure it's the stock carb [shrug]. Point is, forget the number stamped on them and just measure/observe the differences to choose which you want.

i'm not sure what the numbers of the carb your posting about mean but, if the PJ67RA is infact a 38mm it will be a good upgrade from the 34mm.
