front plastics stock rules

i (my son ) cracked his front fender (drx50 cc )this weekend so i figured it was a perfect oportunity to give hime the shaved fender look. i searched this forum found some help and this comment

the ATVA nationals rules state rear fenders must cover portion of rear tires , so we cannot cut the rears.

this was in a thread about the shaving of fronts.
i went ahead taped them up and cut them down and as soon as the second side fell i realized this drr forum also has loads of 70 and 90 production guys in it.

question is can the 50 stock limited and atva nationals 50 rules have front shaved fenders

yes , plastic can be cut .
