I'm thinking about getting the Big Gun Evo X exhauts system very soon and was woundering if i would need to re jet my quad and if anyone has an idea how loud it would be?

im assuming you would have to rejet. my buddy has a big gun evo x on his 450r and it sounds awesome. it is loud but not to the point where its annoying.

I have one i think it sounds great, not the most popular exhaust but i'm not looking for every last pony out of my ride, and to answer your ? yes you will have to rejet.

I went up from a 162 to a 168 main from my HRC kit but i have a 06 not a 05 so u might be in the right ballpark with what you have 180 to 185 is about standard on 04/05 bikes with mild mods.

if i WAS looking for the most power out of my quad what exhaust would you recomend
kuz my buddy is doing that basically the same quad 05' 450R with the HRC kit

For the most power id say go with either curtis sparks, dasa or rossier. A bit more pricey but worth it. I have a sparks on my 05 and it rips but its really loud i dont mind but some people do lol.

i have an 04 450r with some engine mods,and a full dasa exhaust..sounds awesome and great power.. i love it

ya i like the dasa to but i just perffered the look of the sparks nad they give about the same power.

yeah i like how the sparks look too..mine came with the dasa on it when i bought it.. i was worried it was too loud but my friend has an 06 ltr450 with a full yosh system and his is louder than mine...

yea Yoshi pipes are really loud and some of them look nice too
but im still thinkin the Big Gun (kuz im not lookin for every horse outa 'er yet)idk bout my buddy though
