bigger valves with no port?

im ab to buy a new(used) head from a guy and he says its has a cleaned up port job with bigger valves. im wondering if its just cancelling itself out with more flow but no port. let me know what you guys think ab it. my old head is ported but my valves are bent from a d.i.y. cam installation... also can i take his valves out and put them into my head or is that the dumbest thing to do? or do i just port his head?

The valves want work in your head you must have larger seats..I got a nice ported/polished head ..I'll take your bent valve head and $250 and guaranttee it to make power..My 416 makes little over 40. Let me no if I can help you..Im not on here much ,so email me @
