Ok so I wrecked today and sent my machine cartwheeling, thankfully I think the only thing it hurt was the handlebars wich are bent pretty good, so the question is, I was looking at the MSR Carbon Steel bars, they are only 17 bucks but are carbon steel, anyone know much about them, how durable they are vs going with the aluminum? or maybe I should just buy a new stock bar?? thoughts??

I am really happy with the renthals on mine. 400EX bend, They even survived the last rollover. My buddy Matt bought a pair for his Z when he rolled his the same day I rolled mine:D Too much liquid throttle that day:rolleyes:

Get some Renthals. They are Light, Strong and great Price.

I have a set for sale. Renthal ATV Race Bend Bars. They are great but have a bend that is a little to high for me since I am short. But my friends say they love them because They fit them perfect.

PM ME

the steel ones wont be any stronger than your stock ones, the renthals flex, instead of bend. Ive rolled over many times and not a scratch, but i did snap my steering stem, but nothin wrong with the renthals.

Tag makes 2 diff kinds of high quality bars

X-5's are the Renthal type you are seeing in the pics so far
T-2's are the really FAT bars that most all pros use

look into Tag, they make a few sweet bends for a 400ex
