4-1 offset hipers

I have a set of 4-1 offset front hipers with red rings. These wheels are in good condition except for one bolt broke off in one of the wheels. One wheel is in perfect shape and the other is missing a bolt. The wheel still seals and does not leak air, but a new wheel half from hiper is $60.00. Im asking $250.00 shipped let me know if anyone is interested. Thanks
