Blown gasket

Hi,I blew out my gaskets under my motor from the middle, the crankcase I think,and where I put in my motor oil by the sight glass. has this happened to any of you before? I took my motor out today,and I am going to have to split the bottom end and take the motor apart to replace the gaskets. What type of gaskets do you reccomend? Thanks..

sounds like your crankcase breather is clogged, and its going to blow gaskets like your saying. i would just buy oem gaskets.

Where is the crankcase breather located? And what about cometic gaskets?

i havent heard anything bad about using cometic. if you want, use them. the crankcase breather tube is the one that comes out of the center cases, and its the bigger one(closest to cylinder) and the smaller one is the tranny breather. they run all the way up to your airbox, make sure they arent clogged.

Yeah,I think im going with the cometic gaskets. And Ill have to see if the hoses are clogged when my mechanic takes it apart. This really sucks that you have to take everything apart to change these.lol.
