I was wondering how tight to make the antivibe clamp onto the stem. I don't want to tighten it so that the bushings crack which I heard happens when you tighten the nuts all the way. The packaging had no instructions. What do you think I should do, just tighten it until the bolt and bushings are snug?

I don't think that there is an actual torque setting for them, just make sure you get them good and tight, but don't get too crazy with it and strip it. They should have nylon lock nuts, so you will get plenty of notice if they are coming loose.

If you go to tight then you basically end up with no anti-vibe anymore.....

Yeah I know about the nylon nuts and that if you tighten it too much that it won't do anything. I just didn't want to mess it up. Any idea if you tighten it tighter or looser if it changes the amount of vibration?
