Well after about 12 hours on my Outlaw 525 I noticed a little play in the rear upper control arm bushings on the frame side. Has anybody had a problem with this yet? I am at 20 hrs now and it is BAD..the rear end just floats all over hell.

The rear upper control arm in the rear has needle bearings. Just pull out the bolt and the metal bushing pack it full of grease put it back together and it will be good as new.

I like to tinker with my quad so I repack all my needle bearings in the arms and rear bearing carrier once a month during racing season. As long as you keep them greased well they will last a long time.

Strange..I must of had the biggest moron assemble mine because there is no grease in them. The only 2 that are not greased. Nice to know what else wasnt done properly

could you drill hole in middle of housing and install grease fitting?
