Jetting? need some help!

so i have a yosh full exauhst and i just put a rath intake on my 03 pred. I put a 175 jet in it and richened it as much as possible yet it still back fires and sputters. If i pull the choke it runs a little better? What are your suggestions?

I had a 05 troy lee predator with full Alein exhaust and aftermarket intake. I beleive I ran a 195 main jet and moved the needle up 1 notch from factory setting. I run in the 2,500 fott elevation range.

My thought is your still lean.

If it runs better with the choke out, your still lean!

well i just looked more into it and found the pilot screw/air fuel screw missing....
