View Full Version : Holeshot MX the only tire in 18x11x9??

Do any other tires besides holeshot MX's come in 18 inch height and 9 inch rim???

turf tamers don't and i believe razors do. check it out. rocky mountiain atv. the best

i'm pretty sure the holeshot mx are the only tires for 9 inch rims but if your thinking of putting on 18 inch tires on stock rear 9 inch wheels than your making a mistake. Your petty much gonna have to run beadlocks because I made the mistake of doing the same thing and the tire comes off the bead all the time.

I just got another pair of beadlocks that are 9 inch. Do the holeshots come in 18x10x9??

holeshots are the only tire i am aware of that hav a 8/9/10 in rim tire in 18in

the kenda klaws come in 18x10.5x9, that's what i'm getting in january.

nausty if the tire was coming off the rim, there are a few resons why this would happen. #1 too low tire pressure #2 rims are bent #3 tires bead is screwed up.

Thats why beadlocks are great, you can run them with no pressure if you want!. of course that isn't smart.

you could always run 20's jason..

I do, and with 13/38 gearing you should still have plenty of low end.I run 14/38 with 20's and have plenty of bottom/mid/top.

20's for MX???:huh I never ride anything but MX. I know Spader ran 20's the first yeat the MX's came out.

Yah I guess your right but it pretty much forces us to run 10+psi of pressure. We got hiper beadlocks ordered right now.

true. on some tracks low pressure is much better but without beadlocks its not a good idea

that is exactly what i run and i havent had any problem,



i little advice about these tires, dont ride them in the trails, they are so weak and get flats very easy:rolleyes:

man i thought 19" were small why would you run 18"'s and with what rear tire? tamers ?

Im getting the hiper 9x9's. Right now, its holeshots or kendas.

Maybe we will get some new designs soon.
