didnt the quad come with a lil manual thingy? Just take off whatever bolts are connecting it to the frame, how hard can it be?

I here that a sawzaw works greaaaaaaaaaaat and doesnt take long to do it either.:D :D :D :D

yeah, a sawzaw should do it, maybe even a plasma cutter. I know they can remove metal from metal pretty easy, i dont know why they wouldnt be able to seperate your plastic from your frame

my bros friend has a z-400. the third time out his front fenders fell off. the bolts popped right out.

theres a lot of little plastic rivits u have to take off but it not that hard just look.

tip for those plastic rivets: push the center in then pull the whole thing right out.

yes it very easy,, probadly would want to pick up some spares they seem like they will wear out

yea i picked up all of my spairs while it was still on warenty. you cant make it look obvious when you say you lost alll of them. just pick up a couple at a time.
