So I'm wanting to probe you veterans on here and get your opinion on what size jet I should run...or at least start with.

I've got an '01 400ex-the motor is mostly stock except for a hot cams(not sure if it's a stage 1 or 2-the previous owner installed it) and a White Bros slip on pipe. It also has a Uni air filter with the air box lid removed.

It is currently jetted, but I have no clue what size jet is in the carb. I went out riding last night after installing the white bros pipe, 14t sprocket and new chain, but it would cut out if I hit the throttle hard(more than half throttle). So I'm not sure if that would be due to the wrong size jet or isn't there something called a needle valve or something like that in the carb? Any and all help is greatly appreciated! Thanks all for looking.
