ok guys! I weigh around 125 pounds! Where could i set my shocks and springs at where it would lower the bike a little and still be a smoother ride than the factory heigth like it is now!! any help would be greatly app.

At your weight you should back the preload most of the way off of the stock springs and the run the rebound 2.5 to 3 turns out from fully seated. The compression will depend on how aggressive you are and the type of riding you are doing.
