I plan on geting a 330 kit for and do u have to have the high rev box.

you dont have to have the high rev cdi but it is a good idea so you can carry out the power more

i just ordered a 330 kit (288 for mine) from FST and mickey said you dont have to.

al rightly thanka it said it was 290 dollars then when i put it in my cart it said it was extended to 590 dollars the kit was the only thing in the cart .

Howcome FST calls it a 330 kit, when its only 288ccs? lol Hey how much are you asking for your 300ex/250X air scoops?

Ya you'd probably a need a rev box, because the engine will be making alot more power and have more power in the higher rpms and if your engine isnt allowed to rev higher then you cant use that power.

well its still 330 cc's for a 300 but for a 250x its smaller cause the stroke is shorter. i'll probably get an unlimited cdi sooner or later anyway though. im asking 40+shipping for the scoops.

The rev box is a bad idea. BAD IDEA! The power peaks at just under 7000rpm and the motor stock will rev to 9000rpm. If you need to raise that you just don't know when to shift.
