ball joints?

hey guys, i have +2 lonestar racing a-arms and i need to adj the caster camber cuz the tops of my tires are way to far in soo i need to push the ball joints at the top out and mabey suck the bottom ones in also. so heres the question how in the hell do i get the ball joints out of the spindles??? and they are 400ex spindles also. thanks a million guys.

They are usually press fit. Probably need a ball joint removal tool.

damn well i figured out how to adj the caster/camber with out separating everything so i shouldnt need to do anything anymore untill i have to replace the ball joints. thanx for ur help tho.
