On many rear bearing carriers there is no tensioner like their was on the stock one so would this one work for my 2002 400ex even though there is no tensioner

It is the tensioner for tightening the chain and the one I'm looking at does not have that

chain tensioner????? the tensioner is the carrier dude.....just stick a screwdriver in the holes on the left side and pull back, then retightin the 4 bolts.....
