JUST FOR FUTURE REFERENCE, BUY A TORQUE WRENCH FOR TIGHTENING THOSE OIL BOLTS, AS THEY ARE SO EASY TO OVERTIGHTEN. I THINK THEY REQUIRE LIKE 14 OR 18 LB. OF TORQUE WHICH IS NOT MUCH AT ALL! JUST TRYING TO HELP OUT.

NO FLAME INTENDED, BUT SOMEONE PROBABLY OVERTIGHTENED THE BOLT BEFORE YOU RECENTLY REMOVED IT. WITH YOUR LIST OF MODS I'D BUY A PINGRY STYLE TANK. IF LOOKING FOR AN OEM TANK, TRY EAST COAST ATV, AS THE SHOULD STOCK USED ONES IF DOUGH IS A FACTOR.

TRY MOTOMAN, OR WORLD CLASS ADS IN ANY ATV MAG. TANKS ARE MADE BY PINGRY, HOLD 1 EXTRA QT., AND HAVE COOLING HOLES THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF THE TANK.

I got a stock tank, $50 shipped and it is yours. Sorry I don't have a digital camera to post any picks.
