I was riding down a path almost wot. and it started to bog down. It just happened all of a sudden an it rev's good up to 1/4 throttle then it wont rev up unless u push the gas in very slowly. I put semi-senthetic motorcycle oil in it because i didnt have any of honda oil left. But i only put about 1/4 quart in it. coudlt that be y?

Nah it's not the oil. You have something going w/ the carb. Make sure your main jet didn't back out or your slide came loose from the arm.. ;)
My intial hunch anyway.
Probably the slide... if you throttle slowly the air pressure will help raise the slide... if you throttle quicker it doesn't raise on its own and chokes out the engine.

Yah ok that could be it becuz last week i changed my needle to a dynojet needle an i had to take the slide off an everything. But on that needle it said to put a washer above the e-clip an i dont kno what that does. because the stock needle didnt have one on it.

Washer isn't specifically necessary. Above the e-clip it does nothing. Below the e-clip it acts as a shim and gives you a 1/2 notch adjustment for fine tuning.

Glad I could help.
It's usually something simple with the 300's.
