Unless you plan on getting a big bore kit, forget the x-6. The x-4 is designed for motors that are not as worked up.

hope this helps.:D

There is no such thing as a X-5.

The X-4 is more for stock motors and the X-6 is for modded motors.

If you are gonna get one. Get the X-6. Because in the future you are gonna mod your engine and you will want the X-6. So don't even bother with the X-4. I talked to Curtis teh other day and he said that he doesn't sell very many X-4s. Because the X-6 is just as good on stock Motors.

I love my x-6. Major Torque.

And it looks good,.

There is a X-5 for the 300ex and that's what he has. It depends on what motor work you have, or want to get.

Is the Sparks pipe for the 300ex just as loud as it is for the 400.... and is the Hetricks for the 300ex the same sound as the sparks for the 300 ?

Yeah I think the 300ex pipes are just about the same as the 400 sound wise. The Hetricks would be a very good choice and is still pretty loud...

Here is the deal the x-4 works great on stock motors and gives you more low end. The x-6 gives you more top end and works best on motors with mod's but also work very well with stock motors. If there is even a chance that you are going to do some mod's in the future then get the x-6 for sure. I got the x-6 and my motor is stock right now and it made a huge difference.
