Has anyone heard about a web site that will let you buy all your parts at cost.

At who's cost? No business can sell all their goods/services at true "cost", and survive. A business can not even survive if they sell their products for cost+expenses. They are getting something out of the deal or they wouldn't waste their time doing it.

I know, tell me about it. I thought someone may have heard of it. I know there is a distributor pricing, dealer pricing and retail pricing and MSRP. You can't be a distributor unless you have mad money, but all dealerships get dealer pricing. I think the mark up from dealer to retail is around 25-40%.

Not sure if you're into racing or anything, but depending on how serious you are, some sponsors will give you their products at cost.
