Our motors are exactly the same , mike did my head and valves , tom did my crank , thumper bb , serdum did the carb , same cams .

It's a total monster I haven't got it on the dyno yet .

it made 58/49 with a stock 72mm crank, 806 cam, ktm 540 big bore kit and different porting from mike. also the dyno tires absolutely sucked, mike saw pics of them and laughed!

i havent had the time to get it back to the dyno since mike revised the porting and i installed the 807 cam and 78mm stoker crank... i am hoping for low 60's/50's

Bronson , I'll bet upper 60's ! Mine feels like midish 60's with stock polaris pipe (sucks) . Mine lifts the front wheels @ any speed w/just the throttle . I heard the ct pipe really opens it up , is it loud ? there's a 93 db limmit at the oregon dune's . What jetting are you @ ?

Just got my 2nd 525 and were's (cut7 engineering) are planning on doing a 80mm stroke and 105mm bore . Hope to get started an it in a couple weeks .

OMG!!! I can't even imagine what that is like to ride! My 540 is already a handfull on a really curvy track.

When you pin it in 5th does light begin to blur? :)

where do you ride in oregon. 93 db limit is something i didnt even know about lol. i have a yoshimure pipe on my z and its got to be topping 100db. i mostly ride at florence and so far i havent been checked

yea i ride at florence and hardly see cops but im rollin 105db!! **** the police!
