need some serios help

i changed the piston out for a 416 11.1 compression and a stage 2 hot cams n it ran good for a while but a couple days a ago it started to tick real bad and get louder n louder i checked the valves n there where their supossed to be can it be the timing is off bent valves bad rist pen does ne one no please help

timing chain tensioner? stretched out chain jumped time?

i would pull the tensioner and inspect it

Piston slap? How well did you match the bore to the new piston?

maybe an exhaust leak...did you replace the exhaust gaskets when you had it apart?
