Jetting Question

Yes, i know there have been many threads about jetting. And i have searched and have not found out what i needed to know.

I still have a bit of backfireing.

Anyway, i have...12:1 cp, hotcam, porting, TC Shorty Full Exhaust, TwinAir filter, and Open lid, and few little things.

I live at 200 - 700 feet above sea level.


What should my jetting be around???

Is it back firirng or poping on decel?

a little bit of popping if i hold the trottle steady. But it does A lot on decel.

I know i need to change the pilot jet, it still has a 48 in it! The guy i bought it from was pretty dumb when it comes to this stuff.

Also i put ina 185 main i think i need a bigger one. What clip should the needle be on from the top?

I need to know what jets i need so i can buy them

The clip should be one down from the middle.

I would move the needle and put in a 50 pilot and then go from there.
