2007 lt-z90 speed reduction spacer

I'm sure that this has been asked already but I can't find the answer. Is there anyway that I can remove the maximum speed reduction spacer for a 2007 lt-z90 without taking it to a dealer? If so are there any tricks that I need to know about? Thanks in advance for any ideas

it might be the same as the artic cat so look under that i know there is a forum about taking it out. hope it helps.
