HRC Piston Installed!!

I installed my HRC piston last night. WOW!! What a difference in power. It is 11:1 compression. The power is awesome. It comes on real low and revs out much faster.

It may have been expensive but it's kinda nice knowing that Honda specifically designed that piston for that particular engine. All of the extra weight has been milled out. I am running it with an XR cam, unlimited cdi, and T4 slip-on.

sweet, im looking for motor mods for my 300ex, i want more power. good luck with ur new piston!:D

actually now that i think about it, on service honda in the parts section for a 400, i saw the piston, and it said like 1 mm oversize available, straight from service honda, atleast i think it did. thats pretty cool that the factory is making stuff for the XR400 that works with the 400EX
