i start my junior year at belton highschool this tuesday.

Is it me, or did this summer fly through. It seems the older you get, the shorter the summer's are..:ermm:

Sept. 2nd 10th grade and yea Hondamaster the summer goes by faster but so does the school year.

But after this year im moving, and will be in another school district. That'll suck so bad.

damn. you guys and wanting to get out of highschool so fast. I wish I still had another year left. Just looking back there are so many things that I didnt do that I really wanted to do. I dont mean to sound old or anything (I am now a college freshmen, move in the 27th) but when ever you have an opportunity to do something, DO IT! Sure i did a lot of stuff and I regret some things, but I can think of alot of times when I turned down opportunities to hang out with friends to do other stupid stuff or to work on my quad. I especially regret turning down the invites to hang out with friends when one of my friends died in a motorcycle accident on June 29th. There were times I could have hung out with him but turned it down.


Basically what I am saying is just go out and have fun. They say "Young and Dumb". I say "Young, Dumb and Fun"

I have a different outlook on school then most kids..

My dad a while back and still to this day, said "you may think school sucks and everything, but have fun and enjoy it. When I look back, I had the most fun in my highschool and colledge years. After that it's work and everything goes downhill"

And now, I usually try to have fun with everything and make things intresting, because once you graduate, you have to work and have less time for fun.

Im glad I still have 4 more years.

i didnt read any posts im just gonna chime in with yeah it blows but where i live id much rather be in the community college then tryin to find a job in a town thats basically dead, but yeah i remember that when i went to school they always seemed to let it out a week later each year and start it a week earlier.... oh yeah thats because they did, to account for "snow days" (where i live it dont snow, maybe like once each march:rolleyes: )

i start on the 27th for my senior year. my schools going down the ****ter as far as gov. funding and administration goes. its hell to me. summer went by so fast working 6 days a week 10 hour days at the least. I dont know people just need to grow up. i hate the drama, as well as the stuck up jocks and ricer drivers. thankfully i will be welding on co op this year and barley in the place other than to work on my senior procject and get my last humanities credit

I miss school so bad i could almost shed a tear haha. Class of 05 here. and boy do i miss those last 2 years. Sleeping till 8:15 and makin it to school by the 830 bell. Drinkin many beers and settin at Wal Mart parkin lot untill midnight when the girls cerfews were up. Then it was packin all the guys in a $300 cavalier and heading to view the county. Burnt the gravel roads up and saw the sun rise many times on the next hill over. Yes i know it sounds like country song but thats what its like around here. and trust me i dont think Bill Ballance stands a chance against some of the beer drinkin rednecks in these hills on saturday night. only problem its they dont have the money to get out of these hills hahahha.................But anyways that was then.....Now its workin 6 days a week and trying to find time in that one day off to go catch a little air at the track and do some 12 ounce curls with my friends.

I start my Senior year Aug. 25th.:( I'm not looking forward to it. I have 3 english credits to make up and I have to go to a bunch of stupid a$s classes to make up my CPA..... Everyone starting there 9th grade year, just do your work now then your senior year will be a breeze... I decided to do it the other way and now I'm paying for it. I'm gonna graduate though. :D I'm excited for it to be over.

I had to make up 2 math classes my senior year. They give you a booklet to take home and do it with, kinda like homeschool for 2 classes...............THANK GOD for loving girlfriends lol :D

we have this crappy new schedule setup. last year we did 4 classes in one semester, 4 classes in the next semester. now we have 7 classes and we have them all year.

i am playing varsity football, weight lifting, still racing which starts in October, debating wrestling (i way 50lbs more than i look. the coach told me i looked 130, i laughed at him and told him 180.) due to the fact ill be up against some big boys.

not looking forward to alg 2.

Ye same here my school is K-12 I've been there since pre k lol. Theres 21 people in my softmore class and there was 7 '08 seniors lol. Two hotties in the whole damn school lol

you should have seen my 2nd school i went to, there were i think 132 kids in the whole school k - 8 lol but thats private school. i have a pretty big class now i dont feel like counting people in the yearbook
