Need help.

I am going to adjust my valves in a few weeks and while i had the head apart i was going to add a new cam. I cant decide which one. I ride in sand pits and a motocross track. Should i get a stage one or stage two? I dont want to sacrifice alot of bottom end.

Is there a cam that increases the power all over the power band?
