Hardkoratvmxr - correct. It concentrates on the end of the season but tells the story of the entire season.

250r rider 88 - We are not releasing Carpe Diem 5 this year. The pirating and DVD burning became too large of an issue so we had to re-think the way we produced films and the types of films we would release. We hope to bring back the Carpe Diem series in the future but for now it is on hold.

We are very happy with how The Factory is turning out as we progress through the post-production stages. It will be different than anything you have seen. Our goal is to make a film about quads, not a quad film.

i can understand that, hopefully the carpe diem series will be able to return someday, if not im sure you guys will keep pushing the envelope on new vids

also we havent really seen any XC action since the first couple movies, any chances of next year doing a "factory 2" with the KTM guys? or just a xc video in general?

We have always been a MX company, although we do like XC as much as anyone. It's not out of the question for us to produce a XC version of The Factory or some other XC film. AS of now there are no plans, but it is very possible.

We have been researching Blu-Ray but at this point are not planning on releasing this film on a Blu-Ray disc. We may release it on Blu-Ray next spring. I just watched the film on a regular disc in my (now outdated :() HD DVD player and it looks amazing! I can't imagine Blu-Ray making it much better than it already is.

On another note, all pre-orders are shipping Friday!!! :D

Once you watch Blu-Ray there isn't going back to normal DVD. I have yet to see HD though so I don't know how much better Blu-Ray is though.

I can understand that, I'll try to be as open as possible without giving away to much info. It just comes down to financial issues, if we print Blu-Ray discs we will need to make a nearly $4,000 investment. Because the discs cost more to make we will need to charge more for them. We also need to make sure all of our distributors are set-up to handle Blu-Ray. And we need to be sure we can sell at least 500 Blu Ray discs to make it worth it. Can that be done? Probably, but right now we are still researching it.

Maybe you guys can help. I'll start a poll to see how many people have Blu-Ray players.

I voted and left a comment. I hope our sport's film do end up going Blu-Ray as I would definitely pay the extra. I just watched Huevos 10 on my 40" the other night and I almost couldn't watch it because of how bad it looked compared to Blu-Ray movies.

They will go Blu Ray someday, we just need to make sure we do it at the right time.
