JPMX stabilizer?

thinking about buying a jpmx stabilizer off my buddy for the 4 hunny, and i'd like some input from you guys about what you think about them. Is it worth it? We usually ride trails and occasionaly hit the jumps, but he's not charging me much so let me know what you guys know.

Is it a non rebuildable one? Most all of the no rebuildable ones are made by the same company they just have a different sticker on them.
