I just ordered a steering stem from Hellbound racing on ebay. It took a couple days for the money to clear through paypal but now it has cleared and it say unclaimed..............What does this mean? does it mean he has my money or he just hasnt accepted the payment yet??

It just means he hasn't accepted payment yet. They should accept it within a few days.

You must not be a verified paypal user.(have your bank account on there). Because I bought through hellbound and it cleared instantly.

i have a question about paypal also can you send money from a bank account to people? If so how does the bank or whatever be involved, do they have to like approve of you making the account first?

To verify it, they send some money to your bank and you tell them how much they sent each time....

They sent me 17 cents, lol.

Yep, they sent me 17 cents, too. It's how Paypal identifies your bank account. No big deal.

if i have a bank account linked do i have to add funds to my paypal account to send money from it or can i do it directly from the account?

If setup it will automatically deduct form your bank account, if you don't have sufficent funds it will deduct from your backup credit card.

The first few times it may take a little longer (a couple days pending) to transfer, but once you've done it a few times it usually transfers to their paypal pretty quick.

That's what it is supposed to do, but they overdrew my bank account 200 dollars then ignored five e-mails I sent asking what happened and if they'd care to refund my overdraw fee to my paypal account. Jerks! People now days think if they ignore e-mails they don't exist. Four e-mails to gen-x before I called finally asking what was taking so long and they told me they ran out of carbon fiber. I had to laugh at that one.
