it has about 41 horsepower and a 125 has about 37-39

I think as long as you have everything fitting good, then it should work. But i think you might have to gusset the heck out of the frame to handle it.:rolleyes:

so if put a 125 in it. would it have any nuts?

A CR125 motor would have more nuts than a 300EX would. The 300EX is only pushing 18-19 hp max. A CR125 is about 31hp max and a CR250 is about 43hp max. These are rear wheel figures so the bike motors will have a little less by the time they're pushing a quad but still a lot more than what you have.
