Where can you ride by the lake? I keep one of my quads up there in the summer and am there all the time. I use to ride a little by my house but now they are building new houses there.

Where are you guys on the lake? We are lakefront by Cove Haven in Lakeville.

The carbondale coal piles are in the actual town of Carbondale. From a map it is northwest of Lake Wallenpaupack. I will be checking them out in the spring.

Awhile back some guys told me about some powerlines you could ride on by Mike's Pizzeria. I never really checked it out though. I have also seen people riding by the crazy fingers bar/restaurant. Any of you ridden there?

I would be careful riding the powerlines and by Crazy Fingers. The cops will definatly mess with you if they see you. Here is how to get to the Carbondale piles. Take 84 to 380 then take the first exit on 380, I think it is the Casey hwy. Say on that road until you see huge coal piles. It is hard to expailn where to park but whatever you do do not park in the commuter lot right off the exit. You will get ticketed or towed.

Cops? In the 10 yeras I can remember going to Lake Wallenpaupack, I have only ever seen 2 cops on the regular roads. I don't think cops are to big of a problem but I wasn't planning on riding by crazy fingers anyway. It is right next to some forest or park or something.

Warrior, do you drive all the way from Virginia to ride?

YZ, I think Carbondale is in Wayne County or maybe the county to the west of that. It is at the very top of 81 right before you would go into NY.
