ive got a BRAND new fourplay 440 cylinder that i just bought from c&d last week. i can get pics if needed, but it needed to be sanded down .001" or sand the cases down that far so it will do down into the motor. its thicker than if you would resleeve and bore your old cylinder so it will run cooler.
