WTB 250r Roller

Looking for a decent 250r roller, i have a motor, i just need a decent rolling frame, dosnt need to be anything crazy, im looking to spend around 1000-1500, more if it has the motor, a spare motor never hurts. In PA NY or NJ would be great.

I have a 89' that is in the process of a restoration it has
stock:
frame, swinger, a-arms, hubs, spindels,hubs, rotors, calipers, ...Ican make it a complete roller or running quad (I would like to keep the motor it is completely new cases, covers,trans,cyl ..)
